USA/Canada and International Shipping
- Prompt Shipping- Orders are normally shipped same day or next day. You will receive an "Order Receipt and Shipment Notice" email the day you order or next day at the latest with order details and tracking information.  If you do not receive this email by the next day please email us to be sure we received your order. 
- Email and Shipping Address - Please check the email and shipping address on your PayPal receipt and email us immediately if they are not correct. 
- Online Tracking - Shipments may be tracked via the link provided in your email receipt. The USPS online tracking message will read "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on..." until your package is scanned when it goes out for delivery at your local post office on the day of delivery. Sometimes updates are posted when packages reach intermediate distribution centers, but not always. 
- We use United States Postal Service Priority Mail for shipping with Delivery Confirmation (that provides the date, zip code, and time of delivery online, see the following link: http://www.usps.com/send/waystosendmail/extraservices/deliveryconfirmationservice.htm)
- Delivery times are typically 2-3 postal days (excluding Sunday) within the USA, 6-10 days international. Please track your shipment if you do not receive it within 2-3 days and email us immediately if you have any questions. 
- PO Boxes - Yes, we ship to PO Boxes. Small, economical PO Boxes are available at your local post office for 6 month periods.
- Shipping Costs - Domestic shipping cost (to USA/CANADA addresses) is included in the item price. If you are outside the USA/CANADA, please add international shipping to your order, if you forget simply enter another order for international shipping only. Shipping for accessories is FREE with any model order, however, please add the appropriate shipping costs to your order if you order any accessories separately. 
- International Orders are mailed via the United States Postal Service Express Mail with tracking. 
- APO AE - We will ship to APO AE, etc. addresses. You do not need to include international shipping to APO addresses.
 
Hold For Pickup At Post Office (USA only, great option if you do not want your order delivered to your home for privacy reasons)
The US postal service has a new service on Priority Mail packages where they will hold your package at the post office for you to pick up (formerly called General Delivery). Simply track your package on line and pick it up when it arrives at your local post office. We can ship to your local post office or any PO you want. Please email us if you would like to use this option.    
 
PO Boxes
- We understand you desire for privacy. Small PO Boxes are available at you local post office for $10-$20 for 6 months depending on location, you may check your local rates at the following link: http://www.switchboard.com/usps.1355/dir/6_0/index.htm?mem=1355&CN=100&CID=3054
 
Express Shipping
Please email us the items you wish to order and your shipping address and we will email you express shipping options, delivery times, and costs.  We are typically able to ship express orders same day for overnight delivery in the USA.
USPS Express Mail (within USA) isabout $25 extra for a single item and arrives next day to most locations within the USA, may be shipped to a PO Box. Rural locations may be 2 day delivery, please email us for price and delivery information. 
 
Packaging, Labeling, Credit Card Statements
- Products are shipped in a plain white box with the name and address you specify.
- Our name on the shipping label is E A Enterprises.
- Our name is E A Enterprises on all credit card, PayPal, and other financial statements. 
- No hard copy receipts are included in your package, only email receipts are provided.
- International shipments include a small customs label that reads "plastic statue" only.
- If you have a specific shipping label request just email us.

Payments
- We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, cash, personal checks, United States Postal money orders (available at the post office), most bank issued money orders made out in US Dollars, MoneyGram money orders, and bank wire transfers. Please email us for details. 
- You may pay with any major credit card, you DO NOT need a PayPal account. You may also pay directly from your PayPal account if you have one by sending your payment to sales@elypseart.com from your PayPal account. 
- Payments are securely processed by Paypal. We receive ONLY your email, shipping address, and order information that are used solely for the purpose of completing your order. We absolutely DO NOT share any of your information with anyone. 
- Our name appears as E.A. Enterprises on all credit card, PayPal, and other financial statements. 
 
Guarantees / Warranties / Returns
All of our products are lifetime guaranteed against manufacture defects or related failure. Regrettably we cannot offer exchanges or returns on shipped items because we cannot resell them for health and safety reasons. If you are unsure of size or if you have any questions at all please email us before you place an order. Also, please email us if you have any questions regarding warranties or returns and PLEASE DO NOT return any items without first emailing us for return instructions.
